The last time we vacationed as a family was 15 years ago… Last week we returned home from Cancun, Mexico where we spent a week enjoying all sorts of fun adventures!

We flew in and out of Cancun International Airport, which was small, but efficient. I am so used to traveling on my own that it was a little difficult to adapt to 4 other people’s travel personalities! 😉 We stayed at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa resort- very nice! (Pictures below)

The two main excursions booked were the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Xcaret. Both were great, and I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Yucatan area of Mexico.
